In case the order has been disposed of by the courier due to failure of paying relevant tax and duties before any specified deadline, no refund or resend will be exercised.

The Canada Import Compliance Surcharge is a 16% fee applied to all orders shipped to Canada, automatically added to the order subtotal (excluding shipping fees) at checkout to cover Goods and Services Tax (GST), Harmonized Sales Tax (HST), Provincial Sales Tax (PST), customs duties, and administrative costs for compliance with Canadian import regulations.

This surcharge is non-refundable, except in cases of order cancellation before shipment or return of unopened products per Topologie Limited’s return policy. Topologie Limited reserves the right to resolve all disputes related to this surcharge and to pursue the surcharge if not applied to Canadian orders.
