All product(s) must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) for a full refund. Product(s) cannot be returned to a local retail store. Items with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.
For items bought under any sales promotion, no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is found faulty or defective.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the product itself is faulty or defective.

Please be reminded that the exchange & return policy differs between online orders and orders made in our official retail stores.
- Item is eligible for a return only if it is unsealed and without usage.
- For logistics reasons, customers are invited to return their unwanted item(s) and order the new products by directly placing a new order on our website.
- To initiate the return procedure, please provide the order number and images of the product(s) you wish to return. Please email the above information to info@topologie.com.
Exchange & Return Policy for Official Retail Store Orders
Please be reminded that the exchange & return policy differs between online orders and orders made in our official retail stores.
- Retail orders are eligible for product exchange, return and refund.
- Exchanges or returns can only be processed at the store where the purchase was originally made.
- For return and exchange, you will be eligible to return/ exchange for products of the same value with the original ordered product unsealed and without usage within 7 days from the purchase date of the order.
- All product(s) must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached) for a full refund. Items with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return.
- Exchange value must be the same or more than original receipt; unused exchange credit will be forfeited
- For items bought under any sales promotion, no returns or exchanges will be accepted
- Topologie reserves the right for final decision in case of disputes.
- For phone cases, Topologie is not liable for any damages or losses due to falling when the product is installed or used. Topologie does not guarantee 100% protection for your smartphone. Scratches may occur from particles that can get inside the case. Handle with care and at your own risk.
Order Return
You have 30 days from the shipping date of your order to return your purchase from topologie.com free of charge.
All items being returned must be unused and remain in their original packaging. For items bought under any sales promotion, no returns or exchanges will be accepted unless the product is found faulty or defective.
To initiate a return request, kindly visit our Return Center from the link below to submit the order number along with images of the product(s) intended for return and await an email regarding the status of your request.

Refunds
Refunds are generally processed between 7-10 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refund will be issued to the original payment method of your order.
Please be noted that the shipping fee for the initial order is non-refundable in the case of a return or exchange.
For Canadian orders, we are sorry that partial refund is not available.
About Canada Import Compliance Surcharge
All orders placed from Canada are subject to a 16% surcharge, applied to the total order value at checkout. The 16% surcharge is non-refundable unless the entire order is cancelled prior to shipment. If an order is cancelled before its shipment, the full amount (including the 16% surcharge) will be refunded to the original payment method.
Should one or more items from a shipped order be returned, the purchase price of the returned item(s) shall be refunded to the original payment method. The 16% surcharge applicable to the returned item(s) shall not be refunded in cash; instead, a voucher of equivalent value shall be issued for use toward future purchases in the web shop.
Vouchers issued for the surcharge portion of a return are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and valid for use on the web shop only.
About Indonesia Import Compliance Surcharge
